1. Data Controller

Personal data collected through the app is processed by the app publisher, who is responsible for processing under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data Collected

We collect only the data strictly necessary for the app to function: email address, profile information (height, gender, birthdate), user preferences, and data related to activity, nutrition, weight, and sleep. Health data is collected only after explicit user consent, including when syncing with third-party services like Health Connect.

3. Use of Data

Data is used to create and manage your account, track your activity, nutrition, and sleep, and personalize your app experience. No data is used for advertising or commercial purposes.

4. Offline Usage

When the user is not logged into an account, no data is transmitted to a remote server. All data is stored locally on the user’s device, allowing offline use. No synchronization, transmission, or server processing occurs without prior authentication.

5. Email Address

Email is collected only for user identification and account security. No promotional or commercial emails will be sent, and your email is never shared with third parties.

6. Data Sharing

Personal data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Third-party services integrated into the app access data only with explicit user permission.

7. Data Security

Technical and organizational measures are in place to ensure data security. Access is strictly limited, and unauthorized attempts are prevented by appropriate security mechanisms.

8. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as the user account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed. Local data is deleted when the app is uninstalled.

9. User Rights

In accordance with GDPR, users have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, as well as to restrict or object to processing. These rights can be exercised directly within the app.

10. Policy Updates

This privacy policy may be updated at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continuing to use the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Updates

The app may evolve to improve user experience and add new features. Changes never compromise your data security. You are always informed of updates via release notes.

13. Personal Data Deletion

Under GDPR, users have the right to delete their personal data.

Deletion via the App

Users can delete all their data directly from the app using the account deletion feature (Home -> Settings -> Information). This action permanently removes the account, profile information, activity, nutrition, and tracking data, as well as any associated data.
